If it's not spewing anything or holding something important on, then unless you just want something to do, I wouldn't do anything with it. I'm not as familiar with Dodges as Chevys, it's an intake bolt, right? But if you just wanted something to do.... You might could use a bit that fits the hole pretty close and lightly drill until you smoothed the rough broke surface off. Then get smaller bit and an easy-out, drill your hole and try your luck. Hold your drill good and plumb. Don't need any extra holes in anything.

thats the front forward most intake bolt. common to break. sometimes easy to get out, others not so much. if you havent done the plenum, now would be a good time to do so.

Well since I one bolt is broke it is time for plenum but the engine ran like a top and it doesnt have any signs of plenum failure exept when it gets hot it runs like a dog. Also has anyones coolant ever came out orange?

Some coolant is that color. As long as it's not rusty orange you have nothing to worry about.

yep, dex-cool is orange, and mopar coolant is red. volkswagen coolant(pentafrost(pentacool)) is pink.

of course there is the universal coolant, which is green.

then you got additives that are blue, purple, and every other shade of the rainbow.

but like 2x said.... as long as its not rusty orange, youre all good.....

As for my title it has started to pour down raining hear and the bottom of the t-stat in the cavity was full of green slime crap my truck's previous owner is not on my good list. I called him and he only changed the coolant once the whole time he owned it. (It had 160,000 when i bought it) and the coolant was not rusty orange but it was obviously bad. going to drill out the rest of the bolt and re tap it. And changing plenum plate soon need the truck tommorrow. thanks for the help.
