I know, a brand new arm off summit with bushings is $35...

Truck cant leave the dooryard anyway...registration ran up last month..shes got no insurence and sticker runs out next month...she will be back on the road when shes back to 100%...

This is just something i had to share...gave me a bad scare....so i have an 01 Hyundai tiburon 5spd and i know hyundai doesnt have the best clutches....well i just went to go get my wife from work and i lost preety much all the clutch resistance but it wasnt slipping in the slightest...i thought that since it has 92k the clutch just fried....well i was talking it over with the wife on the way home and me being on unwmployment right now i dont have $$$to change the clutch so we were talkin about bringing the dodge in for scrap cuz i need a running vehicle...well a legal/ safe one....luckily i just found that it was the rubber slave boot lost its seal or something now its leaking...the resivoir is still full now i can get a rebuild kit right or should i just change the slave and im going to have to bleed the clutch right? Thought id ask here...not to concerned about it

And I hope you used an etching primer on the bare metal, then a 2K primer.

And +1 on the slave for the clutch.

I used rustoleum automobile filler primer....but its getting coated with bedliner....i did the bed liner straight onto the paint two years ago when i did my fenders/ bottom half of body and ive gone offeoadin numerous times and scuffed it on many things....theres only a few small scratches that are no longer than 2-3 inches....bedliner is tough and bonds great

Well i just did what i said i wouldnt do...so first off i fixed my slave cylinder in my car without having to buy anything...well i ran out of fluid while bleeding the clutch...my resiviour is so dirty it looks like its full...well i pulled the cap and saw i had no fluid...and due to this i had no clutch...

Luckily i live less than a 1/2 mile from napa....so i fired up the truck...let it warm up in neutral and took off...the truck has moved about 15 feet in the last month but she got there with no problems aside from the clunks i hear from going over bumps....truck ran flawless...oil psi never dipped below 40....

But this is what gets to me that boggles my mind....the truck would never peel out on dry pavememt before this...well i got to a 4 way and had to go straight...i took off quick cuz a car was comming and the thing peeled out and i didnt even mash on it....for some reason the truck feels like it has more power than it did before...i dont understand it...
