Well running my 285/75/16 would I still have to get a lift to put in wheel spacers? Also thick of wheel spacers would I need to achieve the look in that picture.

OK stock wheels, to get that look is going to be a big spacer something like 2-2.5" look at new wheels over spacers.

Alright sounds good, what kind of wheels would I need to get to achieve this look? Maybe point me to a site with it if you could please?

Okay thanks so much, so these wheels will give me what I'm looking for or will I have to buy spacers with them?
