QuadCabLuv, hey did you have to get an alignment? Afterwards? Would that help? What type of lift would you recommend for the front 2wd 2500s? Then? And what's in the rear of the truck?

Any time you change anything on the front end (other than shocks) you should have realigned. You change geometry.

Yes i did get an alignment. Im currentl looking for some 2" lift coil sprigs to replace my spacers. But it looks like im going to have to get some made as i cant find any for 2wd. I also have 1.5" lift in the rear between 1" blocks and new tracload coilover shocks.

I am also thinking of modifying my upper control arms by elongating the ball joint bolt holes so i can fix some of the geometry issues with the lift and grinding the spindle down a little to gain back some of m steering radius. If i had to do it all again i probably wouldnt do it. Lol

I'm only looking for about 2" lift in the front, I heard you can't run coil spacers because it either does or doesn't have an upper control ARM true not true? Can I run a coil spacer on my 97 2wd 2500? What brand spacer did you get (quadcabluv)?

Heres my final question for my front lift possibilities, found 94-01 1500 2wd V8 2" and 3" lift coil springs, good? bad? Will work for my 2500? Or go with daystar's 2.5"-3" 2500 2wd coil spacer if they are able to work? With new springs I then have the excuse to get new shocks as well?? Haha

If you can use the coils, go with them instead of spacers. I'd like to know where you found 2WD 2500 lift coils too. You lose spring travel with spacers. Longer coils should ride better IMO.

Found em at andysautosport.com you click dodge select 94-01 ram go to suspension, lifting coil springs and click MAXTRAC and there they are 94-01 front 2wd (1500) not 2500 sorry if I mislead you, 2" v6 2" v8 3" v6 3" v8 all at $154 I think, would they work on a 2500? Even if they are for a 1500?
