To go any bigger than 4:56, you would need to change the Carrier as well, and as stated, you cannot run a different ratios front and back unless you have differnet tires, (ie) Mud Boggers that run bigger rears. T-cases do not like that kind of stress.

With the larger tires, you may not notice any difference. Go to this website, and use the RPM calculator to see. Compare against your stock numbers.

thanks, yea when i put the bigger tires on i noticed that my rpms went down riding around, so i guess the gears should even things out.
