Default Governor?

2000 ram 1500 4x4 5.9 can someone tell me where is the actual governor in my trans? I think it mught be sticking, or at least, thats what the guy at the shop told me. I replaced the selonoid and sensor 10 months ago and same thing doesn't want to shift now. is it possible the sensor/selonoid went bad so fast???

If you replaced the sensor and solenoid, that is the gov solenoid. Replace or clean it again. But I'm afraid your tranny is is getting closer to being toast. Once the gov solenoid starts getting clogged, it's not a good sign.
