Default HELP! PCM replacement???s

Ok heres the deal...

Recently bought an 01 Ram 1500 4x4, 5.2 manual. Truck had a check engine light on and the code translated to a faulty PCM.
Went to Oreilleys and bought a remanufactured PCM, and gave them vin and mileage info to have it flashed at the factory.
So anyway, get my new PCM, swap them out, and check engine light is off.
A half mile down the road, ABS and BRAKE warning lights on the instrument cluster came on. They'll disappear any time I kill the engine, but come back on within a mile.

Separate issue, probably rear wheel speed sensor on the rear diff being flaky. Check connections first, if that doesn't solve it, replace the sensor.

So you think the bad original PCM prevented the lights from indicating this issue?

I don't think the bad PCM had anything to do with it. Just a new problem cropping up.
