I think photobucket lacks on quality of video uploads. Youtube seems more video friendly.

Plans are 366 spring, 1/8" timing bump, spin the fuel pin, adjust starwheel and smoke screw. Add a 2nd gen intercooler. I am sticking with the baby h1c, but will be swapping the ex housing from 16cm to 12cm for a quicker spool.

Shooting for a modest 150-175hp at WOT, and 400 ft/lbs at 16-1800rpm

You should be able to hit those numbers easy with those mods. The H1c is fine for your 4bt. That's what came stock on my 12 valve, and i'm still running it as my top turbo. I would at least grind your AFC pin out for better fueling under boost, if not completely replace it with a Denny T or M&H #2 or 3 pin.

I came in around $5,500, but I overpaid a cou,ple hundred on the motor due to lack of time. I also outsourced the driveshafts being cut and balanced along with the exhaust work. (I dont have a welder)

When compared to the cost of rebuilding the 360 (I had no special tools or rebuild experience) it was still twice as expensive- BUT I also got rid of the 46re/tcase with unknown miles and condition

If I were to do it again, Im confident I could do it in a few weeks after work and on weekends. And could be done for less, mostly due to I wouldnt have to expirement with everything lol

Even at $5500 if you keep the truck for a good while you should easily make that back with the increased mileage of the diesel. Have you figured up any mileage numbers yet? Not to mention no more 46RE
