As far as i know there isnt one....it is a "sock" located inside the fuel tank and simply works like a filter.....this could be total BS but it is what i was told after i had the same problem of being unable to find it....if its BS PLEASE let me know someone!
I just had my fuel pump changed in trying to solve my dilema (see 360 engine keeps flooding: https://dodgeforum.com/m_283876/tm.htm). I was told that the fuel pump is one big unit and is where the filter is located. So, it sounds to me like you would need to remove the fuel pump to change the fuel filter and that my friend is no easy task especially if the tank is full.

Uneless your pump is COMPLETELY dead. In that case, you're SOL [:'(]The pump and filter are one unit. And if you go through the trouble of dropping the tank, you're better off replacing the whole pump...because it's something you're not gonna want to do again.
Based on my research, you'd better have a fuel pump problem before dropping the tank. Everything I've found states the the fuel pump backflushes the filter upon startup. Dodge always has to do everything *different* than everyone else. Sometimes different is good, but this is one of those times I seriously doubt that.
