So I did an engine swap over the last few weeks and everything runs great but there is one wire plug that I noticed was left unplugged and I don't remember if there was something plugged into it or if its just an option for a different size engine.

I have a 5.2 magnum

not sure, but that might?? be for the optional daylight running light module.

 

thanks for the reply, can you or anyone else with a similar engine look near the master cylinder just to see if it is. thanks.

I have a 5.9 and i have a blank plug there as well...owned the truck 3 years and nothings ever been hooked to it

 

i have a 2001 ram with 5.2 i also have that plug it does not hook to anything on my truck
