Does anyone know if GM steering gear boxes are interchangable with ours.
I have a 1995 dodge ram 1500 and I'm searching at options for a replacement.

If the answer is yes, what years would be suitable for my truck?

Go with the borgeson, or redhead steering box. Direct bolt-in replacement, much better box.

 

And purchase /install one of these if you want the box to last.
