Disconnect the negative battery cable. Pull off the throttle body and take out the Idle Air Control valve. Clean the throttle body, the tip of the IAC (being very careful not to twist or push or pull on it), and the passage that the IAC sits in. Put everything back together and start it. Is it all better?
If not, get a fuel pressure gauge and measure fuel pressure with a running engine and record the PSI (should be around 49psi) then turn the engine off and observe how the pressure holds, or doesn't hold (pressure should drop off very slowly).
