Default What is This?

Top of the fuel pump cannister. Is it a regulator, or fuel screen? and how well can I sump fuel through it?

I believe it has an internal filter as well. I would just try and replace it with something else, and put an inline filter after your external pump.

I blew it out with an air compressor and didn't seem to lose much flow through it... It's acting as the top of my draw straw since it was already there with a gromett and all. Lift pump and fuel filter are mounted on the back side of my new 4bt.

I'll see how it works before I put the bed back on just on case it doesn't flow enough, I also have a fuel pressure gauge in my new pillar pod to watch it
