Truth is its has been maintained very well its been neglected pretty hard, i regret it now but the damage is done

These motors are tough...do tune up & plenum fix.

Mine was gutless, I replaced the plenum and DAMN.
First drive home, was amazing.

I would also advise SeaFoaming it afterword. Since the carbon build up from the oil usage will take it's toll. I did that on mine and throttle response was better and it finally quit pinging. I had some residual pinging from the carbon even after my plenum was fixed.
