That im not sure about the 1500s didnt have a 5spd trans for the 360...the one in the 5.2 is a nv3500....the 2500s had a 360good with a 5spd but it was a nv4500 trans...so im not certain if its able to bolt right up

Should swap right in without having to change anything.

The NV4500 should fit either a 360 or a 318. As long as you have the gas bell housing

I have the nv3500 so u think the 360 bolt to mine what about wire harness will 318 harness fit 360 motor

Other than crank on one being internally balanced and the other being external, and PCM won't know what to do, and a myriad of other problems......as opposed to taking the advice given....and doing things the hard way.....priceless!

so new motor in took old motor apart an come to find out my number 8 intake valve was busted, the piston was coming up higher than others an hittine plug, the plem gasket an under side an inside no oil or caked up crud
