Well I just seafoamed the truck and sprayed carb cleaner into the throttle body and on a 10-12 mile drive it seemed to do OK. Maybe I just lowered my expectations but it seems to climb from 60-75 in a reasonable amount of time now. It definitely didn't before though so I guess seafoam and cleaning up the TB a bit helped out.

OK. Go back to the beginning...Remove the TB and look down the intake. Do you see oil in there? If so, that will damage cat and O2 sensors as mentioned earlier. So see if the plenum is bad. The next thing it will do is crack a head.....
