I have 02 3500 blew the 5.9 up I had a buddy install a5.9 out of a 99 it runs but has no power everything works but the teach and cruise control. It throws a code that the came sensor is bad I changed it twice to make sure I feel if I can figure out how to get tach. To work I will get power back any help would be needed

 

Check the plenum. Cruise issue is probably vacuum hose.
