Default Transfer Case Pan(?) Leak and Vibration while Coasting

So, The other day I come outside to see a spot on the driveway under the dodge. Crawl under and see the transfer case looks fluidy and a leak around the rectangle pan (its about 6"x4" in shape and have 4 bolts) on the bottom of the case. It appears to have a seal on it but I cant seem to find any replacements for it, or even any real info on a transfer case pan? Is there one, it's what it appears to be to me. I'll snap a pic of it here later today.

Also, while coasting at high speeds, (let off acceleration while on the highway, coasting from 65-70 so slower speed under its own weight) I get a vibration, feels like a rotating vibration. Could this leak and low fluid in the transfer be the cause? I initially suspected bad drive shaft uv's?

Any input? I need to fix asap as this is my daily driver and I put quite a drive on it daily.

Thanks!

Take and post the pick, because there is no pan on the TC.

It was a rtv type seal. Fixed the leak but now I have other issues with it.

This pan is on the side. 6 bolts. I think it's just a viewing window?
