Default 4 codes pulled on 2001 ram

My truck was running rough a few days ago so I had the codes pulled and it turned out to be a bad front 02 sensor. I replaced the front one and still had the problem so I replaced the rear. I reset the computer and the truck was still running rought so I replaced the TPS and the IAC The CEL never came on after I reset two days ago. I went ahead and cleaned my cap and rotor today and ran the truck ideling in and out of gear for about 10 min. 4 codes came up as the truck was ideling. The codes where.....
p0132 02 sensor circuit, high voltage (cylinder bank no. 1 sensor no. 1)
p0135 02 sensor heater circuit malfunction (cylinder bank no. 1 sensor no. 1)
p0138 02 02 sensor circuit, high voltage (cylinder bank no. 1 sensor no. 2)
p0141 02 sensor heater circuit malfunction (cylinder bank no. 1 sensor no. 1)

The front 02 was replaced with a bosch and the rear was NKG.
Thanks
Adam

"The front 02 was replaced with a bosch"

Thats the first problem. Replace the front one with an NGK or Delphi. And did you remove the negative battery cable before replacing ANY of the sensors so the PCM could reset? You might also want to read the plenum stickie.

I will replaced the front one with a NGK tomorrow
I didn't remove the cable BEFORE replacing any sensors.
I also just checked my oxygen sesnor fuse and it was blown so I replaced it and took the truck for a ride and it's still falling on it's face. Do you think a faulty plenum might be the problem??? I checked for oin in the throttle body area it was dryish. no puddles of oil around the sides.
Thanks

You need to remove the throttle body, and use a flashlight and small mirror to check the plenum gasket. And you also need to remove the neg battery cable before replacing any sensor anywhere. This allows the PCM to reset/clear the codes and get a reading from the new sensor(s) you have installed.

To tell you the truth I did remove the cable before replacing both 02 sensors and the TPS. I don't remember on the IAC.

I'd pull it again for S's and G's and let the PCM reset again. Other that , the plenum needs to be checked properly. If for nothing else than to just confirm.

I replaced the bosch o2 sensor with a nkg now the truck runs perfect. I do believe my new IAC valve may need to be replaced because my idle acts funky when in N or P but once it's in drive or rev it runs perfect.

All I have to say is don't ignore the plenum problem. Replacing the o2 may work for now, but if the plate is blowing oil, the new o2 will be ruined in quick order, as your cat probably is already.

+1 on the plenum DO NOT IGNORE it WILL cause problems sooner rather than later.

OK Had the plenum gaskets done. Still runs like crap and 02 codes plus a evap leak come up. We found a leaking injector it was number 2. I replaced that one and number 4 for the heck of it. I re-replaced my TPS and IAC with a Napa brand seems like it helped a little. I drove the truck for about 20 min it ran fine then when I was pulling into the drive way it started to idel way low and stalled. Anyone have any other ideas?
