Default Shifting Problems

I changed all the electronic parts in my 2001 1500 Ram transmission still have shifting problem going into second gear,I notice the front band adjustment was loose lot of play in it ,I didn't adjust the bands could this help the problem? does this have anything to do with shifting to second ? Please Help Rick Thanks

Sorry, I see in your first post that you didn't adjust them. If I were you, I'd download the service manual from the FAQ/DIY section. Read about the procedure, and see if you have the correct tools and feel confident enough that you can do it correctly. Give it a shot, worst that can happen is you need a rebuild, which is what it looks like anyway.
