Jumper pins A & B. Top most right side of the connector. I'm not sure if this trick will work on a 94 Chrysler product. On my 94 Camaro, I had to purchase an OBDI scanner.

Depends on what scanner you have. I have an Actron 9185 that is both OBD1 and OBDII that I have an adaptor for to connect to the 12 pin (OBDI) connector.

Just stick the paper clip n the top right two holes of the obd port. Turn ignition on but DO NOT start it. The check engine light should start flashing with the codes.

IE. Flash, flash, pause, flash, flash, flash. This would be 23. Call your local parts store and give them you truck info and the codes. They should be able to tell you what they are.

I have done this in the past, but not any Dodges. Therefore Im not positive it will work, but would think it should.

Why would you think the key trick is not giving you the correct codes? OBD1 doesn't have that many and a scanner will tell you know more than doing the key trick.
