Default rear brake drum to disc conversion?

i have a 99 ram 1500 slt Laramie quad cab short bed i am looking for any info on converting the rear drums to disc any ideas

stainless steel brakes does a kit and they offer upgraded rotors and power coating. pretty nice kit for the money. it's next to do on my ram.

If you are looking for alternate rotor options, check out these slotted rotors from BP. Pretty happy with them as they also came coated in black.
