Will it start if you give it some gas?
What's fuel pressure at? Does the truck start if you prime the pump a few times beforehand?
Pull the upstream o2 sensor and see if it starts.
Any codes?

Won't start at all, rarely even hits, not even with starting fluid. No codes. Fuses and relays look ok. Will look into O2.

Well if the plugs are firing and the spark is strong (assuming you've done a tune up sometime recently), then your not getting enough fuel pressure or there's a compression problem. So find out fuel pressure and verify the cat isn't clogged by pulling the O2

so it cranks but won't turn over? what did use the starter spray on? have you checked your grounds? unscrew that o2 if it starts it's the cat but even if you pull it and it doesn't start doesn't rule out the cat..

The reason for unscrewing the precat o2 sensor is indeed so you know if the cat is clogged.
