ABS a opt, don't think so might be a CANADIAN thing.

Not to be too much of a dick here but I will listen to my insurance provider over you.
Yeah, I always believe a $5 an hour call center script reader over a licensed attorney. I will admit, I don't know about Canada and like most americans don't really care about Canada.

You can try to provoke me, but not worth it.

I hate ABS, I prefer to be in control of my braking.
And yes it is broke, or malfunctioning I should say.
It is just more junk to go wrong
I am not in the least worried about insurance, I have been in several accidents (not my fault) rearended. Brakes or lack of was never mentioned once in any of the accidents.

Legal opinions aside, looks like I would have to cut the lines and reflare them as the conections are not the normal flare (they are inverted), I don't know of anyone making a connector that works with this setup.

Umm, that's a pretty ignorant statement, you sure as heck don't speak for me and from what I know many americans are envious of them..One word healthcare..Do yourself a favor and don't embarrass the rest of us!

Why don't we keep our political and regional opinions to ourselves or go to the general discussion section.

No my friend I'm not. It was mearly a suggestion. I'm here to mostly learn. Do you think anything good was going to come out of the way this conversation was headed? I was taught to be respectful. If we all kept our opinions to ourselves this forum wouldn't exist. Anyways no offence.

Like most things Dodge it isn't simple. You will have to look at the flare on both sides as well as determine the right nuts to use. The flares are diferent and some are metric some are not. I don't remember which was which. It shouldn't be a huge deal because the control is very easy to get to. An assortment of flare nuts, a brake line bender, a few sticks of brake line and you should be in business. What I don't know is if your ABS light will stay on. I was planning on filling the bypass lines with as much fluid as I could. I guess you could always diable the light if needed.
