long bed on short bed chassis anyone?
heck man ive seen it on one of the truck shows on speed tv, where they had a 85 Scottsdale and made it from a longbed to shortbed by chopping out about 2 ft of the frame and welding it back together + shortening driveshaft brakelines etc.. i dont see why you cant just chop add 2 ft to the frame, fab up some new bed mounts, extend brake lines etc, and call it a day. it doesn't involve messing with any suspension components.
