It was a bad pitman arm. Only $26 at autozone and their going to let me borrow the tool for it so I'm changing it tomorrow and hopefully I'll be good to go. The truck needs to be safe enough for me to get on the highway for long trips to my dads farm and capable of offroading a bit since theres no roads near where he lives in mercerville ohio it's all worn down roads or dirt trails. Will keep you guys posted on if this corrects the wobble and play in the wheel.

If the pitman arm is worn, check ilder arm and tie rods also. They tend to last about the same length of time.

Thanks for your concern but atleast now I'm free to work on my truck lol. I put my slipping bad belt off for months and It was so bad that when It got cold and I ran the heater with the lights on for more than 15 mins it would kill my battery, stall me out and Id barely have enough juice to fire her up again.
