Monitor the engine oil for excessive loss of oil, plenum gasket may be blown. There is a sticky thread for the end all be all plenum thread at the top of the page. Did you replace the catalytic converter while doing exhaust? They tend to clog if the plenum is blown for too long, so you might wanna get that checked out sooner than later in regards to your new exhaust.

+1 on the clogged cat, I just recently cut mine off and replaced it with pipe and it has has the biggest affect on performance after fixing the plenum and full tune up.
