The EV1 injector looks the same as the injectors on my '95, but they are listed as fitting '96-'99. Are they different?
Yes they are the same. I apologize for the incorrect info. It should have been '92-'99 for the EV1 type injector. I've made the correction in my post and again I apologize for the confusion.
Rats! I think you just talked me into spending some more money.
I know about the coffee thing, get up in the morning, take a leak, head for the coffee pot.

I'm VERY GOOD at helping other people spend their money. Don't believe it...ask my wife!! Been thinking about becoming a politician!
That's normally my routine also but my computer was yelling YOU HAVE MAIL and like an idiot I stopped here before the coffee pot!
Our stock injectors are rated @ 21lb/hr@49psi fuel pressure. You'll want the Ford 19# injectors which are rated 19#@43.5psi fuel pressure. With our increased fuel pressure the 19# Ford will bump up to 21lb/hr. Have worked perfectly in my 5.9 for well over 5 years.
Just for reference, the 3.9, 5.2 and 5.9 all take the same injectors. The 4.7, 5.7 and 6.1 is a different story.
Do you have any idea how a matched set of 22# would work? i found a place with a nice warrenty but they dont have any smaller than 22
