Have you actually crawled under the truck to look at that exhaust yet? Continuing to run your truck and trying to rev it at all is going to put your top end in jeopordy. The entire situation reeks of a crushed exhaust.

What I should have said was that it's the FarmBoy threads that get my vote, not that they certainly are the most bestest winningest threads of all time. I didn't mean it as a correction, but just as an observation. And I still don't regret outing the lying SOB.

Your not listening to what everyone is telling you!! It sounds like you most likely have a clogged cat or muffler or crushed exhaust pipe. Have you crawled under your rig to look at any of this? If not then you need to. Even if you have a clogged at it isn't the end of the world. You can pull the cat, beat the insides out and reinstall it OR get a short peice of pipe that will fit where you took the cat off. Then you do a search on here for how to fool the rear O2 sensor and run it like that.

The dist is better in the back because it is more protected. What are you trying to look at in the dist? There really isn't much there in the first place.

And you might think I am an *** for saying this but: If you can't afford to PAY then you shoud not PLAY. Taking your 2wd truck off-road isn't the smartest thing. Hope you get it fixed.

I crawled under checked all the pipes and pulled the o2 sensor started her and had the same problem today. :/ I was told there was something called advance springs in the distributor that may have got crud in them seeing as there was evidence of mud in my distributor cap but there was some plastic plate with wires going to it under the cap that none of use knew anything about that was covered in a light coat of mud to so i sprayed that and all the stuff underneath it with brake cleaning. Waiting till tomorrow to patch it all back up and see if she will rev.

No. There is no mechanical advance on our dizzys, the computer controls timing.

I have emissions where I live if you have no cat you can't plate the vehicle trust me i would love straight pipes.

Well crap I'm out of ideas now. Good cat, good cap and rotor, wires and plugs, good plenum and she doesn't want to go. Whats the next thing I need to look into.
