Default truck driving me crazy-please help

My name is paul Im new to the forum and could use some help.I have a 96 ram 1500,5.9 liter, roughly 190,000 miles on it. Its been a super truck but recently started acting strange, about 6 months ago it started bogging down and backfiring when you accelerate down the road, idles perfect, revs up smooth in park but once its in gear same popping and backfiring under acceleration, well while working on it we left the battery disconnected over the weekend came back the monday hooked it back up and it ran perfect for about 4 months recently started exact same behavoir again we changed crank sensor, pickup coil and computer with no change noticed the fuel pump was rather noisy so that was changed battery stayed disconnected for 3 days while waiting on new pump, after installing new pump it fired right up and ran perfect for 2 days now its back to the same old story. Cant be the convertor thats already been gutted, also changed throttle position sensor,if anyone out there has any experience or suggestions on this its greatly appreciated. Thanks

front O2.

PCM resets 'adaptive memory' (big word) after a period of battery disconnect. you can speed up this process by disconnecting negative battery cable and turning on headlights for 30 seconds.

Is the check engine light on? Have you scanned for codes?
