Default 98 ram van v6 locate vacumm canitster?

Does anyone know where the vac. canister is for a 98 1500 ram van? I have wild vent issues I need to fix due to the damn cold weather. I searched the DIY and did a wild vent search with no luck.

Thanks!!!

It's under the cowl if it's anything like a ram. But the the canister is not usually the problem(unless of course the plastic line is broken that goes to it). Did you check/replace the check valves and plastic lines? Does it have cruise control and does it work?

cruise works just having issues with the wild vents and staying heat

And I did find the canister.....just need to get this done........as you know there is not much room to move under the van hood and from the inside. do you know where I locate the check valves?

Trace the vac lines, and you will see the check valves. They are little flying saucer looking things. There must be a pic of one in the wild vent thread.

I am going to dig into this a little more tomorrow after work and pull the check valves off and see if they are clogged.
