Question seafoam +cat

Read alot about using seafoam to clean away deposits in the engine, and I am interested in trying it. My truck runs just fine with a fixed plenum and 225,000 miles. In your opinion does it have any ill effect on the cat? Would it clog up a cat that isnt clogged? Dont really want to make anything worse, just better if that would help. Sorry no pics.

Use through the brake booster line to burn carbon off valves etc...doubt using it would hurt the cat and may feel some improvement. Not supposed to bother 02 sensors either, so
it says on the can. But if it's running fine, why?

These engines build up carbon, thinking about preventive strike to keep from cracking a head and to keep preformance up to where it should be.
And thanks for the reply, I didn't think anyone could answer it.
