tach and speedo not working !!

Default tach and speedo not working !!
hi i have a 1997 dodge ram, it is a 5.2l and it recently had a tranny swap. automatic to manual. im being told lots of things such as i might need a speedo from a manual to complete the conversion any ideas ?

normally when tach and speedo dont work it would be the wheel speed sensor on the rear axle. maybe someone else will chime in

On a 97 I suppose it could be the output speed sensor on the tranny or transfer case too. try this and see if you have any stored codes. http://dodgeram.info/Engine-Gas/OBDI/pcm_fault_code.htm
