I was reading up on that plenum could it be bad even if I'm not losing oil? That's one thing I've never had a problem with is leaking oil or losing any

The plenum can be bad even if you don't lose any oil. However, the oil loss is a major sign that it's blown. If you're not getting any pinging (marbles in a can sound) and not losing any major oil it's likely fine for now. Just out of curiousity, what all maintenence have you done? Dist. cap, rotor, plugs, wires?
