the person who normally sell the pan on ebay currently has his wife selling them again by the looks of it. they don't seem to list the shipping cost to Canada but i would guess it might be about $15. you could message them and ask. if the ebay pan is $70 shipped and you get the dorman intake gasket kit from rockauto for $28. that would save you about $20 before shipping. since we live in Canada i would guess that hughes kit may cost another $20 to ship so you could save $40 if done right.

ya. i am always looking for ways to save a bit of money and the parts stores don't make it easy. they seem to like charging 2 or 3 times what it would cost to order most parts online or from the US. i know i am getting ready to order some parts i can't get locally and some others that i can get from the same wear house for cheaper than locally.

Default Dorman kit

I bought the Dorman kit when I did my plenum, Chinese made FYI, came complete with everything including plenum bolts, Intake bolts, bypass hose, thermostat and gasket, TB gasket, Intake & plenum gasket. My package came damaged and I was in a hurry so had to buy a Felpro intake kit local but the place I bought the kit from was good about sending me replacement gaskets but not real timely so I have an extra set now.

Good luck on the plenum job, take your time and clean everything very well.
