Default Thinking about buying this used Ram.

Is this truck worth the $3800 they are asking. What do you all think?

I see where some spots are not painted all flat black. Was thinking I could possibly get some rattle can Dupli color, and blend it together.

I currently have a 98 ram, but it's 2wd, and Ive been wanting a lifted 4x4. So I could go 4 wheeling. Right now being in college this is whats in my budget. Thanks

The mileage isn't even listed, and "blending" w/ a rattle can will look like you tried to blend w/ a rattle can.

Depends on what kind of miles are on it.. Ask him about that and what gears he has in it...

Ive noticed over the years on CL, that if the miles arent listed, it usually has a LOT of miles haha

If you wanna go wheelin on a budget get an 80's half ton dodge and put some money into it and you'll have a badass rig for a good price. parts are reasonable and upgrades are pretty simple. Just don't buy a stupid *** little toyota like all the rest of the america haters in this country. Hell it wouldn't hurt my feelings if it was a chevy or ford.

The interior looks nice except for the driver's seat, but i'd be really hesitant to buy something that's been that heavily modified by someone else while you're in college. Because the mileage isn't listed, it's going to be high. If this was gonna be your second vehicle and you just wanted it for offroading/hauling or whatever then i say try to get him down to 3 grand and point out the front bumper damage, zip tied air cleaner, driver seat, etc... He doesn't need to know you want it for offroading anyway haha
