Default p0108, p0351, p0133 and p0138 HELP

Hi Guys,

I'm posting as I need some advice, unfortunately I'm a UK owner and a lot of the mechanics in this country don't seem to have a clue how to help with my current issue!

I have a 96 Indy 500 Ram (5.9) I have never had a problem until recently... I will try to be as short and concise as possible...

I have a problem at higher RPM (around 3,200), she pulls off absolutely fine but once it gets to around 3,200rpm will stop accelerating and start to misfire (it feel quite severe) and literally will not accelerate past that exact rpm until I lift off the gas.

This is only intermittent and sometime wont happen for a while.

Ignition coil recently failed due to a spiking alternator, the following have all been replaced (and tested to ensure that they are not still the issue)...... Ignition coil and amplifier (crane cams P62 + crane cams hi2000), alternator was peaking at 17 volts so this was repaired (faulty regulator), also the fuel pump ceased whilst it was off the road so this has been replaced too.

The diagnostic is throwing codes, p0108, p0351, p0133, and p0138 (although I suspect that the 0138 is due to the cat having been removed last year).

I am now thinking this could just be a case of dodgy sensors, any help would be appreciated, she's been off the road for a few months now and I'm starting to run out of idea's!!

Sorry for the long post, please let me know if any more info is needed.

Thanks
Tom

Try resetting the pcm by removing the negative battery cable , turn the headlights on for 30 seconds. Turn them off and reconnect battery. Start it and drive it and see what codes come back.
