I second the bracket....it makes me feel a lot better about the lateral forces being that the support arm comes back to the cross member...its what i didnt care for with the albeit beefy tuff country bracket...

..the skyjacker also has what looks like a 4 bolt attachment, 3 bolts securing the arm and one though the original tb location...my rough country only has one bolt arm attachment.

...dropping change in the piggy...

i just got the the sky jacker kit deilvered for the lil womans 02, i like what they have done, $280 shipped, now just jot to install it, but i also like this idea a lot more than drop brackets that come with all the lift kits.... lifted with the factory location short arms causes the diff to SLAM into the drop bracket with and sort of a large bump, and i dont like the drop pitman arms either, always destroys the steering box.... if drop pitman is installed, i require the box stabilizer before i install one, i even had a few break the shafts

We offer this kit for for the Dodge Ram 1500 and the 2500/3500 applications with 5"- 8" of lift!.
"This adjustable track bar and bracket upgrade is perfect for old body style Ram owners fighting the woes of their OEM track bar with 5 - 8 inches of lift. As you probably know, the factory ball-jointed track bar in these trucks were prone to issues. "

They also had bar kits for 0-3" lifts

How do you deal with Steering geometry issue without a drop pitman arm?

I do like and plan on running a box stabilizer though, i like the looks of the solid steel industries support listed on page 1 of this thread. Do you have experience with any others...we may as well share that info here also.
