HID's require ballasts. That's where the flicker comes from. You need good ballasts if you want a nice steady output.

whats at good ballast??? are the slim ballasts on ebay any good?

I have no idea, I don't have any HIDs in any of my vehicles, but I've researched them a lot because I wanted them.

HID extra is good. I agree with jkeaton..I run their highest quality kit in my low beams. Purchase a relay harness by adding it to your cart when you buy a kit
