1997 ram wont idle after p0441 code

locate the evap hoses, solenoid, purge valve, etc. might be on the passenger side fender well. find where those hoses feed the evap vapors into the manifold. look for broken or missing hoses. if you can find where it connects to the intake manifold, temporarily disconnect it and cap off the manifold port to eliminate any vac leak. see if that helps.
if that doesn't help, see if you can keep it running by driving with both feet and maintaining gas pedal pressure. if so, replace IAC on the back of throttle body and clean the port in the bottom of the well.
