Default Want blocks gone. Looking for upgrade advice

I'm looking to get rid of the factory blocks in this 97 2500, HD. Havn't measured them, but they look to be 2inches or so. Hoping someone here has done this and possibly had good or bad experience with some of the spring replacements out there. I don't care to lift the truck. Just looking to have the blocks removed. Considering airbags, since i do alot of heavy towing. Any input it much appreciated. Thankyou much.

On mine, the blocks are closer to five inches out back..... Keep in mind, your bump stops are also integrated into those blocks....

I recently put on the skyjacker springs that give 2" of lift. Gets rid of the blocks. I know you don't want lift but maybe with all the towing you do the springs will settle some.

Another option is to do a shackle flip, then do away with the blocks
