Exclamation Lacking power no heat?

My 2001 ram 1500 cid 360 is lacking power in first gear i replaced the raid and i had a trans cooler line bust and lost almost all fluid so when it happened i pulled off the road soon as i could i rigged the line and put some fluid back in it im not sure what kind it was the label was gone i know it was valvoline... I know it takes atf+4 i assume thats what it was it was in the tool box when i got it i got it home and fixed the line and refilled the trans and now it doesnt want to move until 2k rpm or a bit higher not sure if maybe it was the wrong fluid i put in when it blew out or a solenoid going bad now or a filter idk.........
also i have luke warm heat it never warms up it barely gets past 130 on the temp guage i replaced the raid thermostat changed coolant the only thing left is back flushing the heater core you can hear it fill up slowly when you first start driving it down the road .

you can try cleaning up the sensors and a fluid change.. Adjust the bands and see what happens. ATF +4 only.. That doesnt work it might be time for a new trans. You probably have an air bubble in the coolant. Burp the coolant system and see how that works for you.

I havent had a chance to burp the system but i was doing some research and found if i did put the wrong fluid in it would cause it to not want to move i scraped off the dirt on the bottle of fluid i put in it and it looks like it was dex/merc it was in there when i bought it so i assumed it was atf+4 but apparently i was wrong
