Default No Power To Cab Lights, Power Outlet, Radio??

Hello All, 97 Ram 2500 here
A few days ago truck battery went dead because brake pedal is sticky and kept brake lights on for more than 5 hours. It was night time and when I went to jump it accidently mixed up jumping cables and cables were sparking. Well truck didnt start and I blew the Alternator fuse. Replaced that as well as fully charged battery. Truck started right up but now i have no interior lights, no power outlet, as well as no radio.

I have already checked the ISO fuse inside the cab and replaced it, still nothing?
Now im looking for fuse #51 thats suppose to be under the hood fuse box but have no clue where to look?
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Thanks so much happy holidays!

Grab the 96 service manual from the thread in this forum. Wiring diagrams and fuse layouts are in section 8W. PDC under the hood is right behind the battery.
