Nope I don't think so. Your transmission should be a 23 spline output, and the tcase should have a 23 spline input.

Google search for it or call them. Theyre the ones who make and sell it. Their site sucks though.

this is the only one i have linked up to through google and on their site, does not mention NP241? does that make a difference or are they all the same

Yes that's the one. They talk about using it in a 241 farther down the page. Long as you have a 4-bolt tailhousing it will work for ya. Order one for your cummins too
