Default I can't find my dead horn

At first the horns sounded wimpy, then they quit altogether. I can't find them to begin to troubleshoot. Can you tell me where they are? Once I do find them is there a single wire? Can I just run a jumper from the positive battery post? Please help my 96 ram 1500.

I would check the relay first, there is a bank of them behind the battery. I suppose you could run a wire from the battery to the horn just to see if it's working.

You can get the wiring diagrams in the service manual here

My 95 had it bolted to the drivers side bumper support thingy. The bar that goes out from the frame to the outside edge of the bumper.
