Default 1994 1500 rear replacement

First post! I have 94 1500 rwd and the rear needs replaced, is there anywhere to go online to buy a replacement? I have tried CL and google searches to no avail...HELP! Also, what year rears will fit on my truck? Can i get a better rear? I assume my rear is standard, the truck is the base model, no AC no liner behing the seats...

Probably 3.55 gears too.... Should be able to snag the whole rear out of any 2wd 1500 from 94 to 2001. Check junk yards in your area.

I think the hole in the diff, and the mounts are the same though, just use the correct sensor for the year of the truck. I think....

Say cause I think the speed sensor moved to the rear in 98 and before that it was just an abs sensor or something.

I would give www.car-part.com a try. Put in the info and part you're searching for, and sort by distance from your zip.

Should give you some leads.

The sensor is the same. It was there starting with the 94's. Just it's duties changed in 98 or 99.

any reason why a 4wd rear end wouldn't work?
