Default Frozen o2 sensor

Ok, so heres the deal. I have a frozen o2 sensor in my downpipe i can't get lose. I've tried heating it with a propane torch and loosening it with two wrenches camel-backed on to each other and nothing. The thing won't budge. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Have you tried letting it soak a few days with good penetrating oil? Maybe a combination of heat and oil may get it loose.

Watched a video of a shop using heat and candle wax to get stuck exhaust manifold bolts out.
