Anyone's input on how to get some more ponies out of these 318's?

Well try a search first.
Headers, cam, intake, roller rockers, sct tuner, bigger TB, better flowing heads and more. So how deep is your wallet?

How much more power do you want and what is your budget?
Small stuff like true duall exhaust, headers and a new intake can get you a few more hp by letting the engine breath better.
Then there's tuners which give you settings that can help you get more power.
You can also supercharge your truck or turbo it. Both can be done, I believe but neither are cheap.
Another option is just better utilizing the power you already have and regearing, ie, 3.55 to 4.10. You'll get the power you already have to the wheels more efficiently.

Anybody else, please correct me if I'm wrong.

What is your budget? What do you plan for your truck? How many more "ponies" are you looking for? Without some specifics on your budget or goals your going to get all sorts of answers. Use the search function and do some researching.

I have already deleted the cats and straight piped it. Just looking for some small stuff right now. maybe some port and polish. Any parts swap over from other motors that will make some slight gains. What some stuff you guys have done?

Port and polish is not a small job, complete top end tear down. Did you do a search yet? have a look at 1.7 roller rockers. SCT tuner.

Yeah SCT tuner is a good idea. I don't think a bigger throttle body will help. There's alot of threads on here that says negative about them. My next step is high flow cat and headers with a ypipe.

The way I see it throttle body spacers are like chips in a diesel.. You stack one on top of the other and its double HP... I got 30hp from 2 spacers.. The other 32hp came from my Stage 11 Jet Chip...
