Just to check I don't need to unhook the - side of my battery when I get the new magnaflow y pipe on my truck right? Dumb feeling is making me ask this...

if you plan to weld on it, i'd disconnect battery.

note where the starter is, and know that the big shiny nut on the big cable has power on it. so if you think there is any way you're going to hit it with a pipe or wrench, then disconnect it.

otherwise, its not necessary.

Alright. I'm having an exhaust shop put it in but I'll disconnect it afterwards too.
