Growl When Backing with a Trailer

Growl When Backing with a Trailer
I have an 18' dove tailed tandem axle trailer. Yesterday, I hooked it up to my truck so I could move it, because the trailer was blocking my Bus, which I also had to move. I pulled forward and then backed the trailer into a different spot. I can swear I heard a deep growl from somewhere in the truck. I believe I stumbled across a thread that spoke of this, but I can't find it.
Any ideas?

Welcome back Mr. Kotter.
If I am wrong about this or someone recently joined the FWPP please forgive me.
I am glad to see some of this type of humor around here again.
Back on topic though you could have a differential issue.
